The spacious, light-filled interior offers two comfortable bedrooms, a bathroom, and a modern kitchen, equipped with all the appliances you need for a carefree stay.
The villas can accommodate from 6 to 8 guests, making them a perfect choice for couples, small families, or friendsseeking peace and elegance by the sea.

Large glass doors lead to a private terrace, where a heated pool and a view of the sparkling Adriatic Sea unfold. Here you can enjoy breakfast at sunrise or an evening glass of wine as the sky glows in the warm colors of the sunset.
Each villa offers free Wi-Fi, a television, a washing machine, and a guaranteed parking space in front of the house. For complete comfort, it is also possible to hire a private chef, a bartender, or bicycles to explore the island.
As a newly built property, scheduled for completion in 2026, the villas offer the highest level of comfort – from underfloor heating to a modern heating system, making them suitable for winter stays as well.
Heated pools and the lively atmosphere on the island throughout all seasons ensure a unique experience even outside the summer months.
They are located in a quiet area close to the sea, where you can hear birds singing and cicadas chirping all year round– a true corner where time stands still and nature takes the leading role.
